The above fee schedule may be changed by the University Libraries as needed. All payment is NOT refundable. All members must abide by the policies, rules and regulations of the Libraries. The replacement fee for a lost or damaged card is $150. Card replacements should be completed on-site or by cheque. User's access to and use of licensed databases are governed by the terms and conditions in the agreements made between the Libraries and the licensors. Any use of the databases by means of the user's CoF account signifies user's acceptance of such terms and conditions. Authorized use is limited to educational purposes and the scholarly research of the user. Access to these resources may be changed by the University Libraries without prior notice.
