About the Speaker
Chip Tsao, also known as To Kit, is a columnist and broadcaster. After graduating from the University of Warwick and London School of Economics he worked at the BBC for 8 years. When he returned to Hong Kong he worked for RTHK, Ming Pao and Eastern Express.
