𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 #𝗛𝗞𝗨𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗗𝗝𝘀 🎧🎶
To celebrate the opening of the new digital space in the Music Library, HKU Libraries hosted HKU’s first Silent Disco on Nov 10th, featuring the dynamic duo of HKU Alumni - DJ Chi Chung’s Choice and DJ FXlion! 🎶 The two DJs played non-stop dance tunes for students to relax and chill during the busy season.

💬 𝗗𝗝 𝗖𝗵𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴: I had so much fun DJing together with DJ FXlion! ... We played the same last tune together “Give Peace a Chance”. Many of my students from different generations came back to support and enjoy!

Dr. Wong Chi Chung (MPhil 1997; PhD 2010), aka 𝗗𝗝 𝗖𝗵𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗴’𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲, is a seasoned radio host and cultural curator, well-known within the HKU community for his work as the former Director of CEDARS General Education. Darrell Cheng (BA 2020; PGDE 2021), aka 𝗗𝗝 𝗙𝗫𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻, is now a full-time teacher in a local school. Together, they co-curated an unforgettable night, DJing on 2 separate channels simultaneously, and proving that music truly unites us all! 💽🙌🏻
