HKALL Interlibrary Loan Service Quota Increase

I am pleased to inform you that the Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee (JULAC) has approved an increase of 50% for all the current quotas of HKALL (Hong Kong Academic Library Link) interlibrary loan service with effect from 4 January 2016.
