Managing data and scholarly outputs on DataHub
This is a 1-hour hands-on session introducing you to the featured functions of DataHub, the HKU institutional data repository. Participants will be guided through the file uploading and metadata input process with use cases of how the HKU research community members share their work on DataHub.
The session will cover:
- Basic introduction of DataHub and its distinctive features
- Discovery of items on DataHub
- Live demonstrations on using DataHub to publish data files, create collections, collaborative space as well as project page
- Showcase of how do HKU scholars, researcher, students, and faculty units make use of DataHub for open data and scholarly outputs
