{"id":2092,"date":"2025-04-16T09:10:47","date_gmt":"2025-04-16T01:10:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lib.hku.hk\/newsblog\/?p=2092"},"modified":"2026-04-01T10:53:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T02:53:06","slug":"limited-access-arrangement-for-student-julac-card-holders-28-april-27-may-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lib.hku.hk\/newsblog\/?p=2092","title":{"rendered":"Limited Access Arrangement for Student JULAC Card Holders (28 April &#8211; 27 May 2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To manage the high demand for study areas during the revision week and examination period, the Libraries will be implementing limited entry for JULAC Card holders (students only) from other UGC-funded universities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Affected students are advised to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>use the HKALL services or Interlibrary Loan services of your home library.<\/li>\n<li>return the materials via our <a href=\"https:\/\/lib.hku.hk\/cdd\/br-returns.html#bookdrop\">book drop and automated book returns<\/a> or the JULAC Book Return Service at your home library on or before the due date.<\/li>\n<li>arrange the pickup of requested materials before the limited access period or present the pickup notice email to the library staff at the respective service counter* during the limited access period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Regular access to the Libraries will resume after the examination period, starting from 28 May 2025 (Wednesday).
