HKUL One Millionth E-Book Celebration

Achieving the One Millionth E-Book signifies the
maturity, capability and the readiness of the
HKU Libraries to better serve the Hong Kong community.
The Libraries has chosen to celebrate
this milestone by converting a valuable
1798 edition of George Staunton's
An Authentic Account of an Embassy from
the King of Great Britain to the Emperor of China
into e-book accessible by the general public.
