All library circulation reminders, such as coming due, hold pick-ups, recalls and overdues, are despatched to users via email. Users are therefore reminded that it is their responsibility to check their emails often so as not to miss any important library notices. The default email address for HKU staff and students is their HKU email account, e.g. hkucc or hku. If you would prefer notices be sent to other accounts, you should forward their HKU email messages to your preferred accounts. Other users, such as HKU SPACE students, COF members, will be asked to provide an email address upon their application of the library card. All users should inform Lending Services Division at email@example.com in good time for any changes in their email addresses.
