CEIC Product Newsletter–November’16 edition

The November edition of this newsletter, contains information about the new CDM release and other essential updates to the CEIC Product Suite.

CDMNext Launch: The next generation web platform will be releasing to all audiences on December 15th 2016.

CDM2.7 Release: Starting on Nov 24th 2016, CDM users should upgrade to the latest version (2.7.0.15) to benefit from the increase of download limit (up to 3000 series per download) and the latest bug fixes.

CEIC Gallery Insights: The first topic deals with the impact of the unprecedented win of Donald Trump as the next US President.

‘China Singles Day’ has once again established itself as one of the largest online shopping extravaganza. This contrasts to the economic slowdown and its related effect on retail sales in China.

The third insight released this month delves into the massive demonetization underway in India.

Monthly New Data Additions: In China Premium Database, Balance of Payment and Financial Market Sector, were further enhanced with unique series.

In World Trend Plus database, United Nations Population Forecast were introduced. A range of estimates and forecasts for variables under the above topic, provides data from 1950 to 2100.
